皂土（英語：Bentonite），也稱膨土、膨潤土，是矽酸鋁粘土吸收劑，主要由蒙脫石構成。英文名「Bentonite」是1898年由Wilbur C. Knight根據羅克里弗的白堊紀本頓頁岩（Benton Shale）命名的。[1][2]
