紐約市民事法院

紐約市民事法院（英語：Civil Court of the City of New York）是紐約州法院系統在紐約的民法法庭，主要負責裁決25,000美元以下的損失賠償相關的案件，另外還有專門的部門處理5,000美元以下小額索賠法庭，例如房東和租客關於租金的糾紛。該法院系統還處理其他由紐約最高法院指定的案件。^[1]^[2]它處理了大約25%紐約州的法律訴訟。^[3]紐約市民事法庭按照行政區劃來劃分管轄範圍，不過理論上它是一個全市單一的法庭。^[4]
