美猶聯合救濟委員會（American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee），簡稱JDC，是一個總部設於美國紐約市的猶太慈善機構[1]。

美猶聯合救濟委員會成立於1914年，最初的目的是向住在奧斯曼帝國統治下的巴勒斯坦的猶太人提供援助[2][3]

1914年，大約有59,000名猶太人居住在奧斯曼帝國統治下的巴勒斯坦。其中許多新近來自歐洲的移民，其主要的經濟來源來自於巴勒斯坦以外的地區，而第一次世界大戰的爆發，使得這批移民因其資金來源渠道受阻，而因此陷於孤立的困境。他們向美國駐土耳其大使亨利·摩根索求助。摩根索對他親眼目睹的苦難感到震驚。8月31日，摩根索向紐約的猶太慈善家雅各布·希夫發送了一條緊急電報，要求提供5萬美元的援助，使巴勒斯坦的猶太人免於飢餓和死亡。請求匯款的部分電文如下：

- 巴勒斯坦猶太人面臨可怕的危機，交戰國停止了他們的援助，嚴重的毀滅威脅着興旺的居民點，且需要五萬美元。
這一請求在美國引起了關注。在一個月內，通過三個宗教和世俗猶太組織的努力，籌集到50,000美元（相當於2000年的100萬美元）。
1915年，出現了更大的危機：東線的戰鬥，將許多猶太社區捲入戰火。委員會在年底之前籌集了500萬美元。1921年，俄國內戰期間，該委員會又為1921年俄國饑荒而提供援助[4]。
