螢火蟲太空（英語：Firefly Aerospace）[2][3]是一家私人航天公司，總部設在德克薩斯州奧斯汀，該公司開發用於商業發射到軌道的中小型發射載具。他們是NewSpace的支持者，即認為航天產業的目標應該是：通過技術創新增加進入太空的機會、降低發射成本，並減少對國家航天機構的依賴包括法規、後勤依賴等方面。[4]

該公司成立於2017年3月，EOS Launcher收購了其前身公司螢火蟲太空系統的資產，並更名為螢火蟲太空。Noosphere Ventures全資擁有該公司，[5][6][7][8] 前者屬於Noosphere Global的戰略風險投資部門。[9][10][11]螢火蟲太空目前正在開發Alpha 2.0運載火箭，Alpha 2.0將比螢火蟲太空系統開發的Alpha具有更大的載荷，目標是將1000公斤的有效荷載投送進入近地軌道，600公斤有效荷載投送至太陽同步軌道。[11] 經過重組後的公司大約140名僱員。[12][3]
