西貝柳斯 (軟件)
西貝柳斯（Sibelius）是西貝柳斯軟件（Sibelius Software Limited；現屬艾維科技）開發的一個制譜軟件，是世界上銷量最大的同類產品。除了製作樂譜外，它還可以用通過合成聲音等方式播放音樂。

歷史
編輯公司以芬蘭作曲家讓·西貝柳斯的名字命名，由雙胞胎兄弟本和喬納森·芬恩於1993年4月創立，用以推銷同名軟件。該軟件最早的名字是「西貝柳斯7」（Sibelius 7），以紀念西貝柳斯和西貝柳斯的第7號交響曲[2]
2006年8月，該公司被艾維科技收購，成為其Digidesign部門的一部分，Pro Tools也是由該部門製作的。2012年7月，艾維科技宣佈將關閉西貝柳斯倫敦辦事處，並開除最初的開發團隊[3][4][5]，蘇格蘭作曲家德里克·威廉姆斯牽頭髮起了抗議[6][7][8]。之後，艾維科技招募了一批新人繼續開發西貝柳斯，而Steinberg則聘請了前西貝柳斯團隊來開發競品Dorico。
