《1927年皇室及國會頭銜法令》（英語：Royal and Parliamentary Titles Act 1927）是英國國會的一項法令，其授權更改英國君主的皇室頭銜以及英國國會的正式名稱，並且承認愛爾蘭自由邦獨立。1927年4月12日獲御准[1]。

根據《英愛條約》，1922年12月6日愛爾蘭島南部26郡脫離英國並組成愛爾蘭自由邦，但愛爾蘭島東北部6郡仍然留在英國，成為北愛爾蘭。
《1901年皇家名銜法令》宣佈的英皇頭銜是：
「佐治五世，藉上帝恩典，大不列顛及愛爾蘭聯合王國及其自治領國王，信仰保衞者，印度皇帝」（"George V, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and of the British Dominions beyond the Seas King, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India"）[2]
1926年御前會議上，英國和大英帝國各自治領政府一致認為，英國君主現有的皇室頭銜「不符合愛爾蘭自由邦建立的事態變化」[2]，因此會議決定將英皇頭銜改為：
「佐治五世，藉上帝恩典，大不列顛、愛爾蘭及英屬自治領國王，信仰保衞者，印度皇帝」（"George V, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, Ireland and the British Dominions beyond the Seas King, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India"）[3]。
根據英聯邦的現行憲法安排，有必要由聯合王國國會頒佈立法，以改變皇室的風格和頭銜； 由此產生的法案將自動擴展到各個自治領的法律中。英國政府於1927年3月向下議院提出了修改的法案，並獲得議會兩院通過。
