A2牛奶
A2牛奶是一種不含A1β-酪蛋白而是含有A2β-酪蛋白的牛奶。 [1]A2牛奶由A2牛奶公司推向市場，主要在澳大利亞、新西蘭、中國和美國銷售。它也於2012年至2019年間在英國銷售。 [2][3][4][5]
A2牛奶公司和一些生產山羊奶產品的公司聲稱，含有A1β-酪蛋白的牛奶是有害的，而且復旦大學附屬華東醫院孫建琴教授還表示有人喝牛奶出現腸道不適的情況就是由A1β-酪蛋白引起的[6][7]，但還沒有廣泛的科學證據表明A1β-酪蛋白會對健康產生不利影響。
