Daf-16

DAF-16是人FOXO家族蛋白在線蟲動物門（如秀麗隱桿線蟲）中的同源基因[1]，在線蟲的胰島素樣生長因子1受體同源基因daf-2產生延長壽命的突變後，DAF-16是被激活的主要的轉錄因子[2]。
