Terms of Service; Didn't Read
Terms of Service; Didn't Read（寓意「服務條款，未讀」；縮寫ToS;DR）是由社群組織的服務，旨在分析大型網站、網上服務的服務條款（TOS）和私隱權政策並為其分級。由志願者按照檢查單將服務條款和私隱政策各方面評定為正面、負面或中性，審查全面案例列表後，服務會分級為甲（A，最好）到戊（E，最差）。[3][4][5]該服務由Hugo Roy、工程師Michiel de Jong和設計師Jan-Christoph Borchardt於2012年6月創立，[6]並由當時的法學院學生Hugo Roy領導。[7]
