世界咖啡館 (討論)

世界咖啡館（英語：The World Café）是一種結構性的交流會話過程。其將人群分為數個小組（桌子），並使參與討論的個人頻繁更換討論組（桌子）並被新討論組的「組長」介紹給其他組員。為了促進討論的進行，討論的環境被賦予一種咖啡廳的氣氛，故名為「世界咖啡館」或者「知識咖啡館」。在某些場合，為了使每個人都有發言的機會，會場會保留一定程度的正式性^[1]。其他時候，討論可以在各個個人之間同時進行，使其某種意義上成為名副其實的「咖啡館」。除了聽與說以外，討論者亦被鼓勵在桌子上寫字甚至塗鴉，以方便後來的討論者了解之前的討論內容。儘管一開始的討論問題是定好的，但其討論結果並不是事先商討決定的。^[2]^[3]集體討論可以改變討論者的觀念並且促進集體意識和集體行動的形成是世界咖啡館的引申主旨^[4]。
