入屋犯法

進入某人財產的犯罪，通常是意圖從他們的身上偷竊

入屋犯法[1][2]（英語：burglary），又稱破門入屋（breaking and entering）[3]、爆竊（housebreaking）[4][5]，是指犯罪者未經許可非法進入建築物或其部分，意圖進一步犯罪（通常是盜竊、搶劫或謀殺）。 [6][7]

歷史 編輯

《漢謨拉比法典》[8] 和《妥拉》[9] 就已提到有人未經允許非法闖入他人房屋這一情況。
