乾陰道性交
性行为
乾陰道性交（英語：dry sex）是一種在女性陰道乾燥的情況下進行的性交。可以通過使用催欲草藥、家用洗滌劑、消毒劑[1]，擦乾陰道[2]，在陰道中放置樹葉[2]等方式清除陰道分泌液。[3]
乾燥使得陰道更緊，從而能使男性增加性快感。[4]一些堅持乾陰道性交的男性認為「濕潤」的女性是不守貞操的。[5]然而，乾陰道性交對女性來說十分痛苦。[1]這種性行為常見於撒哈拉以南非洲[1][2]，亦在南美洲蘇里南女性中存在[6]。
健康風險 編輯
乾陰道性交被認為與愛滋病在撒哈拉以南非洲的高發有關。[1]這種行為在很多方面都增加了性交雙方感染愛滋病[1][3]等性傳播疾病的可能性。例如缺乏陰道分泌液會導致陰道組織的撕傷，進而增加感染愛滋病的風險。[7][8]擦乾陰道還可能會擦走能夠抵抗性傳播疾病的乳酸桿菌。此外，乾陰道性交時因摩擦力的增加會加大避孕套破裂的風險。而乾陰道性交導致的陰道炎症與外傷性損害也都會增加性傳播疾病的傳播可能性。
