新西蘭的忠誠誓詞（英語：Oath of Allegiance）由《1957年宣誓及聲明法令》（Oaths and Declarations Act 1957）界定。所有宗教式宣誓（oath）皆可以毛利語或英語作出；亦可作出非宗教式宣誓（affirmation），與宗教式宣誓具有相同法律效力。[1]
目前的宗教式誓言是：
- I, [name], swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles the Third, His heirs and successors, according to law. So help me God.

誓言的中文譯文如下：
- 本人，［姓名］，謹此宣誓︰本人定當依法竭誠向英皇查理斯三世陛下及其世襲繼承人及其他繼承人效忠。願主佑我。

毛利語誓言如下：
- Ko ahau, ko [name] e oati ana ka noho pūmau taku pono ki a Kīngi Tiāre te Tuatoru me tōna kāhui whakaheke, e ai ki te ture. Ko te Atua nei hoki taku pou.

新西蘭的公民誓言中添加了「並將遵守新西蘭法律及履行作為新西蘭公民之責任」（and I will obey the laws of New Zealand and fulfil my duties as a New Zealand citizen）。
- 本人，［姓名］，謹此宣誓︰本人定當依法竭誠向英皇查理斯三世陛下及其世襲繼承人及其他繼承人效忠，並將遵守新西蘭法律及履行作為新西蘭公民之責任。願主佑我。

誓詞以「本人，［姓名］，謹以至誠，據實聲明及確認」（I, [name], solemnly, sincerely, and truly declare and affirm）開始，繼而讀出法律訂明的誓言字句，但須略去任何詛咒或祈求上天見證的字句。
- 本人，［姓名］，謹以至誠，據實聲明及確認︰本人定當依法竭誠向英皇查理斯三世陛下及其世襲繼承人及其他繼承人效忠。

- I, [name], swear that I will well and truly serve His Majesty King Charles the Third, His heirs and successors, according to law, in the office of []; and I will do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of New Zealand without fear or favour, affection or ill will. So help me God.
