米蘭五日 (意大利語：Cinque giornate di Milano [ˈtʃiŋkwe dʒorˈnaːte di miˈlaːno]，英語：Five Days of Milan)是1848年革命和第一次意大利獨立戰爭的重要事件。1848年3月18日，在米蘭城爆發了起義，進行了五天的街頭戰鬥，將約瑟夫·拉德茨基·馮·拉德茨和他的奧地利帝國軍隊趕出米蘭。
