赫門特·克里什恩·辛格（印地語：हेमंत कृष्ण सिंह，英語：Hemant Krishan Singh，1950年—[1]），印度前外交官。

經歷
編輯赫門特·克里什恩·辛格生於1950年。[1]
1967年至1972年辛格就讀於德里聖斯蒂芬學院，並於隨後在該校任教至1974年。他還擁有德里大學的碩士學位。[2]
1974年，辛格進入外交部門。[1]1976年至1991年期間，他在印度駐里斯本、馬普托、華盛頓特區、加德滿都和貝爾格萊德的使團中擔任各種職務。在新德里的外交部，他曾任美洲事務副處長、伊朗、巴基斯坦和阿富汗副司長以及西歐事務聯祕。[1]
1995年至1999年任印度常駐日內瓦聯合國副代表。1999年至2002年任印度駐哥倫比亞、厄瓜多爾和哥斯達黎加大使。2003年至2006年任印度駐印度尼西亞和東帝汶大使。[3][4]2006年至2010年任印度駐日本大使，隨後退休。[5][6]2022年11月9日，日本政府授予辛格旭日大綬章，以表彰他對雙邊關係和促進印度與日本之間友誼的貢獻。[2][7][8]
2011年至2016年，辛格在新德里著名智庫印度國際經濟關係研究委員會（ICRIER）擔任戰略研究教授。[2]
2016年6月，辛格大使出任智庫德里政策集團（Delhi Policy Group）總幹事。[2]
