顧優靜
顧優靜 (英語：Eugene Gu)是一位美國華人， 前肆業住院醫生，企業家[1]。

顧是被唐納·特朗普阻止的一組Twitter用戶之一，特朗普起訴總統在Knight First Amendment Institute訴特朗普案中侵犯了他們的第一修正權，並於2018年5月贏得了宣告性判決。

1986年出生於加州三藩市的一個華人家庭，父親來自南京。本科期間被授予霍華德·休斯醫學研究所獎學金，2008年畢業於斯坦福醫學院學士學位，後成立了一家名叫Ganogen的新興生物技術公司。2015年畢業於杜克大學醫學院博士學位。[2]同年起在范德堡大學醫學中心任職，[3]2017年9月因為一張單膝跪地照片反對白人至上主義被病人家屬抗議而遭醫院調查，被調查期間從2017年11月20日至2018年3月停職停薪。[4][5]
2017年7月他和其餘六位推特用戶聯名狀告當勞·特朗普因其賬戶被他屏蔽，[6][7][8]2018年5月23日法官判決當勞·特朗普此舉違反美國憲法第一修正案，要求他撤銷對上述七位用戶的言論封鎖。[9][10]2019年9月13日在推特上公開表示支持楊安澤參選2020年美國總統選舉。
