羅伯特·約瑟夫·"鮑勃"·比默（英語：Robert Joseph "Bob" Beemer）是一個美國混音師，贏得過4次奧斯卡金像獎。

鮑勃·比默於1955年2月8日出生於加利福尼亞州荷里活的天使女王醫院。1973年畢業於洛杉磯洛約拉高中，在加利福尼亞州洛杉磯洛約拉馬利蒙特大學學習傳播藝術和英語，1977年在這兩個領域獲得雙學士學位。他總是着迷於聲音，後成為電影混音的專家。他的第一個專業錄音作品是迷你劇根（1977）。
