Genesys (公司)
Genesys (簡稱為Genesys)是全球Contact Center客服中心解決方案第一品牌，Garnter Contact Center 雲象限領導者。全球75%的Top100強品牌客服中心均使用Genesys，專業面向大、中小各種規模的企業，提供客戶體驗與客戶聯絡中心方案。[2] 包括雲及自建部署的客服平台軟件。Genesys的總部設在美國加州達利市、[2] 並在加拿大、南美洲、歐洲、中東、非洲和亞洲設有分公司。Genesys 成立於1990並在2012年2月被Permira 基金收購。[1][3]

Genesys 是由Gregory Shenkman 和 Alec Miloslavsky於1990年10月所創立。[3][4] 公司最初的創業基金是來自於創業者家族貸款的15萬美金。[3] Genesys 於1997年6月完成首次公開募股 (IPO) 並以股票代碼GCTI在納斯達克證券交易所上市。同年12月，Genesys收購郵件管理軟件開發商"Forte Software, Inc."（後改名Adante）。[5] 1999年6月，該公司還收購了勞動力管理軟件開發商。[6] Alcatel-Lucent（之前的Alcatel）於1999年底以15億美金億認股Genesys。[7]
之後，Genesys 於2001年收購了IBM CallPath的資產，計算機電話整合系統 (CTI)。[8] 而後於2002年，借着收購總部位於加州坎貝爾的Telera，該公司增加了其語音門戶和交互式語音應答（IVR）系統。[9] 並在2006年收購了GMK和VoiceGenie，Genesys進一步擴大其語音門戶和交互式語音應答（IVR）系統。[10]

2012年2月，Permira 基金以15億美金從Alcatel-Lucent接盤，成為 Genesys的最大股東。[1][15] 2012年底，Genesys 收購LM Sistema, 一家開發IVR系統的巴西企業。[16]
Genesys在2013年收購了五家公司。一月，收購Utopy，語音分析和企業人力資源優化提供商。[17] 一個月後，它再收購了Angel，提供IVR和呼叫中心軟件雲服務的供應商。[18] 2013年5月，公司又收購SoundBite Communications，該企業有1億美元營收，負責提供雲端收集和支付、移動營銷和客戶服務軟件。[19] 另外，在當年10月，Genesys也收購了Echopass，雲端的客戶關係管理軟件開發商。[20] 最後，12月，因公司進一步收購人力資源優化廠商Voran Technologia，Genesys的業務擴大到拉丁美洲。[21]
在2014年1月，Genesys收購了Ventriloquist Voice Solutions，提供雲端多渠道客戶溝通和互動軟件的加拿大公司。[22] Ventriloquist早先曾是Genesys的合作夥伴。[23] 同月底，公司也收購了Solariat，經營社交客戶服務與分析平台的公司。[24]
在2014年5月，Genesys收購OVM Solutions，自動化訊息通訊公司。[25]在2014年9月，Genesys收購了Canaplus Consulting,語音集成公司，提升了其在東南亞地區的服務質量。 2017年，Genesys 14億美金收購ININ，提升其在全球雲contact center市場份額。
