奥图尔
乔治·贝瑞·奥图尔（英语：George Barry O'Toole）（1886年—1944年），生于美国俄亥俄州，是一名天主教本笃会神父，天主教激进派联盟创始者，天主教辅仁大学创校校长。他是“基于宗教主张拒服兵役”（Conscientious objector）的重要阐释者，其神职生涯始自于路易斯安那州的教区，亦曾于第一次世界大战时任美军神父。

在1939年，他断定义战将是不可能的，因为“全体征兵制度的当代滥用”在很大程度上制造了无理的战争，此后他尝试在参议院听证会召开之前反对Selective Training and Service Act of 1940－－一场悬而未决的征兵制度会议。
