巴尔科拉出生于里昂大都会内的维勒班，并在当地球会AS Buers Villeurbanne开始足球生涯[2]。

时年8岁的巴尔科拉在2010年转投里昂的青训学院，并在接下来的十年先后效力球会各级青年梯队[2]。他在2020–21赛季开始为里昂二队（英语：Olympique Lyonnais Reserves and Academy）在法国全国乙级联赛上场[2]，并在2021年1月与里昂签下一纸学徒合约[3]。
