真菌性鼻窦炎
真菌性鼻窦炎（Fungal sinusitis）是真菌感染鼻窦粘膜组织所造成鼻窦炎[1]，此疾病并不常见，但在近几十年发生率有上升趋势[3]，通常发生于免疫缺陷者。真菌性鼻窦炎的症状包括脸部疼痛、眼睛周围疼痛、鼻塞、鼻漏、头痛，甚至还可能造成眼肌麻痹[1]。造成真菌性鼻窦炎的致病真菌有约九成为烟曲霉，另外还有黑曲霉与黄麹霉[4]。
