红美洲鱥
红美洲鱥（学名：Notropis rubellus），为辐鳍鱼纲鲤形目雅罗鱼科的其中一种，分布于北美洲加拿大魁北克省圣罗伦斯河至曼尼托巴省哈德逊湾、五大湖至美国北卡罗莱纳州、阿拉巴马州、阿肯色州和俄克拉荷马州淡水流域，本鱼呈长椭圆形且侧扁，眼大、口近下位，体侧为银色，并有蓝色和绿色的侧虹彩条纹，鱼鳍透明，繁殖时的雄鱼脸部、头部和鳃后面呈红色[2]，体长可达11公分，栖息在砾石底质、水质清澈、水流湍急的溪流、湖泊，属杂食性，以藻类、水生昆虫、鱼卵及有机碎屑为食[3]，寿命约3年[4]，出生后1年性成熟，雌鱼产卵量依年龄在600至1175颗左右。
