22Rv1 (亦称CWR-22rv1) 是人类前列腺癌细胞系[1],最初是分离自嫁接在小鼠体内,并且在其体内繁殖的CWR22R细胞的异种移植[2][3]。22Rv1细胞对前列腺特异抗原呈现阳性反应,二羟基睾脂酮轻微刺激着细胞的生长,而表皮生长因子则能刺激细胞生长,但是TGFβ-1英语TGF beta 1不能够抑制细胞增殖[1]。22Rv1细胞产生高滴度的异嗜性鼠白血病相关病毒英语Xenotropic murine leukemia virus-related virus (XMRV) [4]
