Plogging
Plogging是结合慢跑和捡拾小块垃圾（瑞典文：plocka upp）所产生的词语，中文翻译有翻作环保慢跑[1]或拾荒跑步[2]。有组织的plogging是于2016年从瑞典开始的，在2018年扩展到其他国家，也因此让社会大众更多注意塑胶污染。以肢体运动的角度来看，其主要的运动是跑步、步行或是走路，不过有时会加上弯腰、下蹲及伸展的动作[3][4][5]。

Erik Ahlström原来住在瑞典的奥勒市镇附近，搬到首后斯德哥尔摩后，有感于附近的脏乱，开始了plogging，他创建了Plogga网站，组织plogging活动，并且鼓励志愿者参与[6]。
Keep America Beautiful组织目前正在推广plogging活动，也发现有其他的计划已经将运动和清理环境结，例如田纳西州的Trashercize计划[7]。Plogging NYC是在Meetup网站上的纽约群组，2018年时有100个成员，在纽约的四个行政区都有举办活动[8]。印第安纳波利斯在2018年由November Project组织了Summer of Plogging的，Summer of Plogging也是Keep America Beautiful的地区成员[9]。
非营利组织Go Plog![10]透过plogging已经在印度的戈拉尔收集了16吨的垃圾，他们每月举行活动。从学生到地区的高阶官员都参与此活动，也传播有关无塑胶世界的议题。
