弗朗索瓦·拉鲁埃尔（François Laruelle，发音：/lɑːrˈwɛl/，法语发音：[laʁɥɛl] ·；1937年8月22日出生），法国哲学家，曾就职于国际哲学学院（Collège international de philosophie）和巴黎第十大学：南特尔大学（University of Paris X: Nanterre）。拉鲁埃尔自20世纪70年代初开始发表著作，至今已经出版了约二十本书。作为巴黎高等师范学院的校友，拉鲁埃尔以发展一种他称之为非哲学的哲学科学而著名。他目前负责一个致力于推动非哲学事业的国际组织，即国际非哲学组织（Organisation Non-Philosophique Internationale）。
工作
编辑拉吕埃尔将他的工作分为五个时期：哲学I（1971年至1981年），哲学II（1981年至1995年），哲学III（1995年至2002年），哲学IV（2002年至2008年）和哲学V（2008年至今）。在哲学I中，拉吕埃尔试图颠覆尼采、海德格尔、德勒兹和德里达等人的概念。即使在这个早期阶段，人们也可以看出拉吕埃尔对采取超越性立场来看待哲学的兴趣。在哲学II中，拉吕埃尔努力发展了一种超越性的哲学方法。然而，直到哲学III，拉吕埃尔声称开始了非哲学的工作。
非哲学
编辑拉吕埃尔声称，所有形式的哲学（从古代哲学到分析哲学再到解构主义等等）都是围绕先前的决定而构建的，但所有形式的哲学对这个决定都保持本质上的盲目。拉吕埃尔在这里所关注的“决定”是指通过辩证的方式将世界分裂以便对世界进行哲学把握。拉吕埃尔认为，哲学的决定性结构只能通过非哲学的方式来把握。从这个意义上说，非哲学是一门关于哲学的科学。拉吕埃尔的（非）伦理学是“根本上去中心化的，基本上指向一组普遍化、自我有效的通用条件。”[7]
十年前，苏格兰哲学家雷·布拉西尔（Ray Brassier）将他描述为“当今欧洲最重要但较为不知名的哲学家”，吉尔·德勒兹（Gilles Deleuze）和菲利克斯·瓜塔里（Félix Guattari）则形容他“从事当代哲学中最有趣的事业之一”。 他的作品在英语圈的接受始于布拉西尔在2003年发表在《激进哲学》（Radical Philosophy）上的拉吕埃尔评论，随后约翰·奥·马奥利亚卡（Mullarkey）、安东尼·保罗·史密斯（Anthony Paul Smith）、罗科·甘格尔（Rocco Gangle）、卡特琳娜·科洛佐娃（Katerina Kolozova）和亚历山大·R·加洛韦（Alexander R.
