杜祁福

杜祁福（英语：Creflo Augustus Dollar, Jr.，小祁福·奥古斯都·杜拉尔；1962年1月28日—）是一位美国的电视布道家、牧师以及一家以美国乔治亚州富尔顿县为基地的非宗派世界改变者教会[1][2]、杜祁福同工联会（Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association；旧称国际公约同工，International Covenant Ministries）、杜祁福同工会（Dollar Ministries）与Arrow唱片公司[3]的创办人。他是一位公认的基督教界的领袖[4]。

杜祁福于1962年1月28日出生，是老祁福·奥古斯都·杜拉尔(1936-1993)及太太的儿子。杜祁福出生后入读当地学校，在浸信会成长。

1984年，杜祁福从卡罗尔顿的西乔治亚大学毕业，取得教育理学士学位[7]。

杜祁福和他的妻子杜塔菲养有五个孩子，住在亚特兰大。1998年，他被奥勒.罗拔士大学授予了神学荣誉博士学位 [8]。

建立教会 编辑

他在他的官方网站指出，他在1986年看见异象，指神要他开始发展“世界改变者同工基督徒中心”。教会的第一次崇拜聚会在州首府近郊的科利奇帕克一家小学的咖啡厅举行，当时只有八人出席。

杜祁福后来把教会名称改为现时的世界改变者教会（World Changers Church International，WCCI），而教会亦从学校的咖啡厅搬迁到一个专用的小教堂。小教堂每个星期日举办四场崇拜，后来更加入每周一次的电台广播。1995年12月24日，WCCI迁入现址，提供8500个座位的设施，被称为“世界巨蛋”。教会曾表示，世界巨蛋的建筑成本近18000000美元未经任何银行融资建设。 [9]。截至2007年，报告指教会在2006年度各地有30,000名成员，共69000000美元收入（总现金集合）[10] 。

Dollar is known for his controversial teachings regarding prosperity theology, or the gospel of wealth.[14] He has long been criticized for living a lavish lifestyle; he owns two Rolls-Royces, a private jet, and real estate such as a million-dollar home in Atlanta, a $2.5 million home in Demarest, New Jersey, and a $2.5 million home in Manhattan,[14] which he sold for $3.75 million in 2012.[16] Dollar has refused to disclose his salary. Creflo Dollar Ministries received a grade of "F" for financial transparency by the organization Ministry Watch.[14][17]

On November 6, 2007, United States Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa, as Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, began an investigation of several ministries, including Dollar's. Grassley asked for financial information to determine whether Dollar made any personal profit from financial donations and requested that Dollar's ministry make the information available by December 6, 2007. The investigation also asked for information from five other televangelists: Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Eddie L. Long, Joyce Meyer, and Paula White.[18] Dollar contested the probe, arguing that the proper governmental entity to examine religious groups is the IRS, not the Committee on Finance.[19]

On June 8, 2012, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office filed a report claiming Dollar committed acts of simple assault/battery and cruelty toward a child. The report stated that his then 15-year-old daughter reported she was choked and hit by her father, Dollar. Dollar informed deputies that he was only trying to restrain his daughter, who, he claimed, was acting disrespectfully after he forbade her from attending a party. He stated that while he was holding his daughter, she began to hit him. He stated he wrestled her to the floor, spanked her and sent her to her room, according to the report.[20] Dollar released a statement after the charges were filed, denying that he assaulted his daughter.[21] In January 2013, prosecutors dropped charges after Dollar completed an anger-management program. Fayette County Solicitor General James Inagawa said Dollar paid about $1,000 in court fees as part of a pretrial intervention program and had complied with all the conditions placed on him to resolve the case. Inagawa noted that the wishes of Dollar's daughter were taken into account before prosecutors allowed the pastor to participate in the pretrial intervention program.[22]

教堂前职员枪杀事件 编辑

On November 24, 2014, Dollar's private Gulfstream III jet, N103CD ran off the runway at Biggin Hill Airport, United Kingdom.[25] There were no serious injuries.[26] To replace the old jet, Dollar launched a fundraising campaign to get his followers to pay approximately $60,000,000 for a new Gulfstream G650 jet. He suggested his followers each commit to giving "$300 or more." The jet he wants is the "fastest plane ever built in civilian aviation.".[27][28][29] After receiving immediate backlash, Dollar ended his fundraising campaign. The project was kept as an option on the donation page of ministry's website.[30]

宠物小精灵事件 编辑

2015-4-17，香港的《852邮报》引述美国Christnews的报道指，杜祁福近期发表的演说认为，《宠物小精灵》动画中的角色长相、剧情，都隐含许多性暗示，会引导青少年成为同性恋，他试图以此说服追随者，不要让孩子接触此系列的动画[15]。

电视节目 编辑

杜祈福的电视节目《杜祁福牧师与您》在香港亦曾转播过，播放时间是每个星期日早上6:05，节目得到香港的灵恩派教派敬拜会赞助[31]。
