柳井俊二
日本外交官
柳井俊二（日语：柳井 俊二，1937年1月15日—）[1]，是一位日本外交官，他在1999年至2001年期间担任了日本驻美国大使一职。

生平 编辑
柳井于1961年加入外务省，并在法国期间在斯特拉斯堡大学学习[2]。在他的职业生涯中，他于1991年担任了条约局局长[3]。
从1997年到1999年，柳井担任外交部副部长[4]。随后，他成为了日本驻美国大使，并一直任职到2001年[4]。然而，他因卷入外交部官僚丑闻而被免职[5]。
2005年，他成为了国际海洋法法庭的法官[4]。并于2011年10月1日当选为国际海洋法法庭主席，接替了若泽·路易斯·热苏斯，任期为三年[4] 。
作为不承认菲律宾对中国提起的仲裁案的战略的一部分，中国指责柳井操纵仲裁庭的组成[6]。
在安倍晋三担任首相期间，柳井担任了日本自卫顾问小组的负责人[7]。该小组由十三名安全专家组成，关注日本宪法第9条的修正案[8][9]。
