皱盔犀鸟属
犀鳥目犀鳥科下的一個屬
皱盔犀鸟属（学名：Rhabdotorrhinus）是犀鸟目犀鸟科下的一个属。[1]本属的物种为生活于菲律宾内，为中小型的犀鸟。[2]另白冠犀鸟有时会被分类在此，但一般都会将之分类在白冠犀鸟属中。[2]其鸟喙主要呈黄色及黑色。[2]目前一共有四个物种。[1]

本属的模式种为白颊犀鸟，是由德国鸟类学家阿道夫·贝尔纳德·迈尔于1898年的出版书中同利昂内尔·威廉·魏格利斯沃思为该物种所建立的。[1][3]但后来因为被并入斑嘴犀鸟属而一度成为其异名，直到2013年的研究发现该物种关系与其他被归于棕颈犀鸟属下的三个物种有较为接近的关系而被复活。[4][5]现棕颈犀鸟属只有棕颈犀鸟一个物种。[1][4]

在洛亚蒂群岛的利福岛发现了一种已灭绝但未曾描述的犀鸟，估计生存于3万年前。它最初是分类在皱盔犀鸟属中，但现已根据生物地理学将它分类在拟皱盔犀鸟属中。[6]
保育状况 编辑
它们被列为《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》附录二的物种，被限制出口及贸易。[7]
