宾杜
宾杜（英语：Bendale），又称松柏坡（Cedarbrae）及美兰公园（Midland Park），是加拿大安大略省多伦多东部士嘉堡的一个住宅社区。它中心位于罗伦斯东路（Lawrence Avenue East）夹冰梨道（Brimley Road）处。根据市政府的定义，它的边界是由罗伦斯路开始的美兰路（Midland Avenue），北至401号公路，东至麦高云道（McCowan Road），南至罗伦斯路，东至西高地溪（West Highland Creek），西南沿西高地溪，然后沿着平行于该溪的街道，北至美兰路。艾斯美道（Ellesmere Road）以北的地区通常被认为属士嘉堡城市中心（Scarborough City Centre），该条目不予提及。

宾杜（Bendale）一名是于1881年由原名Benlomond缩短而成，原名来自罗曼峰（Ben Lomond）。[1]

该区域主要是住宅区。在住宅中，39%为独立式住宅，42%为公寓楼。2011年记录的人口为27,876人。[2]与多伦多的大部分区域一样，该区域族裔多元，但在2018年之前，来自欧洲国家的移民涌入人数高于士嘉堡中心区域的其他地方。[3]2019年，最常见的母语及在家使用的语言是英语。[2]
该地区的地标包括士嘉堡医院总院，位于罗伦斯路夹麦高云道处。士嘉堡博物馆位于罗伦斯路以北的冰梨道（Brimley Road）处。
在麦高云道（McCowan Road）与Bellamy Road之间的罗伦斯路（Lawrence Avenue）以北区域，大部分街道名称以Ben开头。例如：

宾杜的学校由两个公校局主管，即多伦多天主教教育局（TCDSB）及多伦多公校教育局（TDSB）。TCDSB是一个天主教的公校局，而TDSB是一个公立的世俗公校局。除了TCDSB和TDSB，两个法语公校局，维亚蒙德公校局（Conseil scolaire Viamonde，缩写CSV）及Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir（缩写CSCM）也为宾杜的学生提供教育，尽管它们都没有在宾杜开设学校。CSV是一个世俗的法语公校局，而CSCM是一个天主教的法语公校局。

- 圣安德鲁斯公立学校（St. Andrew's Public School） serves Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 and was built in 1959 on the estate of David and Mary Thomson, who were among the first settlers in Scarborough. The name honours their Scottish heritage. The school was branded as a junior school from 1968 to 1985 when Highbrook Senior school operated.

TCDSB不在社区开设中学，但居住在宾杜的TCDSB中学生可前往邻近社区的TCDSB中学就读。许多人就读于玛丽·沃德天主教中学（Mary Ward Catholic Secondary School）、方济·利伯曼天主教中学（Francis Libermann Catholic High School）、圣若望·亨利·纽曼天主教中学（St. John Henry Newman Catholic Secondary School）、圣贞德天主教学校（St. Joan of Arc Catholic Academy，前称Jean Vanier Catholic Secondary School）、圣若望保禄二世天主教中学（St. John Paul II Catholic Secondary School）、麦礼义中学（Neil McNeil High School）、圣母中学（Notre Dame High School）及奥干拿上议员书院（Senator O'Connor College School）。TDSB在社区运营着两所中学，汤逊书院（David and Mary Thomson Collegiate Institute），前者于2019年与附近的宾杜商业及技术学院（Bendale Business and Technical Institute）及士嘉堡第一替代教育学校（Alternative Scarborough Education 1）合并。除了中学，TDSB还在宾杜运营着数所提供初等教育的机构。
