DLD-1非整数倍体人类结直肠腺癌细胞系[1] (Human Dukes’s type C colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line) ,最初是于1977年1979年间分离出来的两株结直肠腺癌细胞株之一,对p53蛋白及多种癌基因 (例如C-Myc[2]KRAS英语KRAS[3]HRAS英语HRASNRAS英语Neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog[4]) 呈现阳性反应。有研究指出其拥有较强的爬行和侵袭能力,故而拥有高迁移性与侵袭能力[5]

2006年,有科研人员发现生育三烯酚英语Tocotrienol时间和剂量依赖性方式抑制DLD-1细胞的端粒酶活性,其中δ-生育三烯酚抑制其活性的效果最明显,表明生育三烯酚充当端粒酶的有效候选调节剂[6]2009年,有学者研究不同浓度肝素对DLD-1细胞的影响,因为之前有硏究指出肝素对某些癌症凋亡和抗增殖作用,然而研究结果最终表明肝素在体外对结肠癌细胞没有明显的抗增殖和凋亡作用[7]
