公正網
公正網（英語：Justia），意譯也作正義網，音譯作賈斯蒂亞，是一家位於美國加利福尼亞州山景城的專業從事法律信息檢索的網站，於2003年創立。創立者是提姆·斯坦利（Tim Stanley）和史黛西·斯特恩（Stacy Stern）兩位律師[2]。它是世界上最大的在線法律案例資料庫之一。該網站免費提供判例法（case law）、法典、意見摘要和其它基本法律文本，並為其律師名錄和網絡託管提供付費服務[3]。"Justia"一詞是拉丁語，意為「（主要指人）公平（equality[4]）、公正（fair[5]）、正義（Justice[6]）」以及「合適的或者正確的東西」[7]。

2007年，《紐約時報》稱，公正網每月花費約「一萬美元」以「複製」美國最高法院的文件並在線發布，使公眾無需付費即可獲得它們[8]。
