困境束縛（英語：Predicament bondage），是指將對象束縛但是對象可以改變自己的姿勢，但是無論使用哪種姿勢，對象都會覺得不舒服。對象只能選擇某一種他們認為相對舒服的姿勢，困境束縛通常出現在BDSM和權力交換中。[1][2][3]
該圖中，該人的腿部由於踮起腳尖而感到不舒服，但是如果她放下腳尖，她的乳頭和頭髪會由於繩索的拉扯而感到痛苦，她只能兩者之間進行選擇
