埃德加·卡恩（Edgar S. Cahn，1935年3月23日—2022年1月23日）是美國的法律教授， 羅伯特·F·甘迺迪的前法律顧問和演講作家，也是《時間銀行》的創立者。[1]他與已故的妻子讓·坎珀·卡恩（Jean Camper Cahn）共同創立了安提阿法學院 （現為哥倫比亞特區大學的戴維·克拉克法學院）。[2] [3]卡恩還曾在邁阿密大學法學院、 佛羅里達國際大學、倫敦經濟學院任職，並在哥倫比亞大學人權研究中心擔任訪問學者。 [4]
卡恩目前致力於其職業生涯的大部分時間，擔任美國時間銀行（TimeBanks USA）的執行長，該銀行是他於1995年成立的501(c)3非營利組織，最近擔任塞瓦交易所公司（Seva Exchange Corporation）的創始人兼董事長。 [1] [5]
