奧托·葉斯柏森（丹麥語：Jens Otto Harry Jespersen，或拼為Otto Jespersen，【丹麥語發音：[ʌto ˈjɛsbɐsn̩]】，1860年7月16日—1943年4月30日）是丹麥語言學家，專精英語語法。
