水牛城狂野雞翅
水牛城狂野雞翅（英語：Buffalo Wild Wings），是美國一家連鎖餐廳。其以各種風味的雞翅而聞名，並在餐廳牆上布置了許多電視和投影屏幕，供顧客觀看體育賽事。[2]2018年被Inspire Brands收購。[3][4]

其首家餐廳於1982年在俄亥俄州哥倫布市開設。創始人Jim Disbrow和Scott Lowery當時從紐約州水牛城搬到了該市，開設了一家名為「Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck 」的餐廳，水牛城辣雞翅和Weck三明治都是來自水牛城的特色食物。[5][6]
1991年開始推行特許經營模式，到1992年，共開設了8家餐廳。[7][1]1998年，餐廳更名為「Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar」。[6]1999年在明尼蘇達州蘋果谷開設了第100家餐廳。[8]
截至2021年，水牛城狂野雞翅在美國開設了500多家特許經營餐廳，另外還有650家公司擁有的餐廳，此外在國際上也開設了50多家餐廳。[1]
餐廳特色 編輯
- 餐廳牆上設置了許多電視和投影屏幕，播放各類體育賽事，並設有酒吧區。餐廳適合各類聚會和觀看體育賽事。[9][2][10]
- 餐廳提供各式風味的雞翅，包括16種口味的醬汁雞翅和5種口味的乾式雞翅（乾式，即提供小碟的調味料，而不用濕醬汁包裹）。雞翅類型分為無骨雞翅（boneless）和有骨雞翅（traditional）。所有風味類型在菜單上按照辣度排序。在其菜單上，最不辣的為甜燒烤醬味和鹽醋味，最辣的為「Blazin」卡羅來納死神味。[11][12]
- 餐廳還有一項「Blazin' Challenge」的挑戰活動。參與者必須在6分鐘內吃掉12隻「Blazin」卡羅來納死神味雞翅，且不能喝飲料。「Blazin」卡羅來納死神味雞翅為該餐廳最辣的雞翅，比墨西哥辣椒辣60倍。[13][14][15]
- 水牛城狂野雞翅餐廳內提供各式啤酒和飲料。其為美國供應生啤酒最多的餐廳。[16][17]
- 水牛城狂野雞翅的暱稱為「B-Dubs」，來自原店名首字母縮寫「BW3s」的近似發音。水牛城狂野雞翅已將「B-Dubs」註冊為商標。[6][18]
