庫伯韌帶
庫伯韌帶（也稱庫柏韌帶、庫伯懸韌帶、乳房懸韌帶) 是乳房內的結締組織，其存在有助於保持乳房結構的完整性。阿斯特利·庫柏在1840年首次描述該組織並為其命名。[1][2] 其解剖結構可以利用傳輸衍射斷層掃描顯示。[3]

庫伯懸韌帶不應與恥骨韌帶（有時稱為庫伯腹股溝韌帶）混淆，後者具有相同的名祖。此外，中間纖維和/或尺側韌帶的橫向部分有時也被稱為庫伯韌帶。 [4][5]
與下垂的關係 編輯
許多女性認為，乳房下垂是由庫伯韌帶無法支撐乳房組織導致的。事實上，下垂的一部分原因是由遺傳決定的，但一項科學研究發現，影響下垂的最大因素是吸菸、女性的身體質量指數、懷孕次數、孕前乳房大小，以及年齡。[6]
許多女性錯誤地認為，佩戴胸罩可以預防乳房下垂，並且乳房在解剖學上無法支撐自己。[7] 但胸罩製造商表示，由於乳房是由脂肪組織而非肌肉組成，胸罩只會在佩戴時影響乳房的形狀。[8][7]
病理上，沉重的乳房可能會引起女性上胸部疼痛，但這可能是胸罩不合身導致的。許多報告稱，80-85%的女性穿錯了胸罩尺寸。[9][10][11][12][13]
