普通鷹鵑（學名：Hierococcyx varius），是鵑形目杜鵑科的一種鳥類。[2]

特徵 編輯
普通鷹鵑體重約103克，翼長約191毫米，嘴峰長約26.1毫米，喙寬度約7.7毫米，喙厚度約7.6毫米，跗蹠長約23.5毫米，尾長約161.4毫米。普通鷹鵑在其分布區內為留鳥，其棲息在半開放的中等高度的林地中，食性為肉食性，主要食物來源是陸生無脊椎動物。[3]
亞種 編輯
- H. v. varius：分布於印度至尼泊爾、孟加拉國和緬甸。
- H. v. ciceliae：分布於斯里蘭卡。[4]
