中國學者陳義曾將本種視為亞氏腔蚓（Metaphire yamadai）的同物異名。[2]
也有資料將本種歸入遠盲蚓屬（Amynthas），稱櫛盲遠盲蚓（Amynthas pectiniferus）。[3][4]櫛盲遠盲蚓於2023年被收錄入《有重要生態、科學、社會價值的陸生野生動物名錄》[5]。
