一种植物
節節麥（學名：Aegilops tauschii）為禾本科山羊草屬下的一個種，是一年生草本植物[1]。原產於克里米亞、高加索地區、西亞和中亞、阿富汗、巴基斯坦、喜馬拉雅山西部和中國部分地區，並已被引入其他地區，包括加利福尼亞州。[2]
