《超人復活夭折記》（英語：The Death of "Superman Lives": What Happened?）是一部由Jon Schnepp編寫劇本和指導的2015年的美國紀錄片。影片講述提姆·波頓被取消的電影《超人復活》（Superman Lives）的幕後事件。[1]該電影於2015年5月1日在Kickstarter campaign首映。[2]於2015年7月9日通過VOD發售。
