酮泛解酸

酮泛解酸（英語：Ketopantoic acid）是一種有機化合物，結構簡式HOCH2(CH3)2CC(O)CO2H，結構上與泛解酸類似，屬於Ω-羥基酮酸，在體內由α-酮異戊酸羥甲基化生成，在生理條件下以共軛鹼的形式存在[1][2]。
