2019年智利空軍C-130墜毀事故
2019年12月9日，智利空軍一架C-130運輸機自該國首都聖地牙哥的阿圖羅·梅里諾·貝尼特斯准將國際機場起飛後，於南美洲和南極洲之間的德雷克海峽墜毀。[1]機上無人生還。[2]

航機資料 編輯
本次涉事的C-130運輸機於1978年為美國空軍建造，機尾編號77-0324、序號382-4776，但最後交付美國海軍陸戰隊用作空中加油機，序號BuNo 160628。本機曾在北卡羅來納州和日本岩國市的美軍基地服役。[3][4]2009年至2014年，本機於亞利桑那州圖森的空軍機庫閒置，後被智利空軍以700萬美金買下，於2015年交付使用，編號990。[5]
事故過程 編輯
涉事航機於2019年12月9日16:55離開中轉地蓬塔阿雷納斯，前往南極洲喬治王島執行每月任務，計劃為當地的智利空軍基地提供補給及檢查當地的輸油管線等設施。[1][6][7]機上共有38人，其中有21名乘客和17名機組人員。機組成員全為智利空軍人員[8]，乘客中有15名智利空軍官兵和2名平民[9]。塔台在21:13和航機失去聯繫。[1][10]
搜救過程 編輯
智利軍方協同英國、美國、阿根廷、巴西和烏拉圭方面搜索失事飛機。兩艘智利海軍護衛艦在以色列國防軍9900部隊的協助下，在飛機於雷達畫面上消失的地點附近展開搜索。[11][12]因海況惡劣、能見度低，搜索過程受到阻礙。[13]
搜索開始一天後，在飛機失聯地點31公里外找到了飛機殘骸。巴西海軍極地科考船馬克西米諾海軍上將號發現了乘員的個人物品。[9]
12月12日，搜救人員確定了飛機墜毀的位置，其位於飛機失聯地點外27公里。飛機的機身、主要部件和部分乘員遺體成功辨認。[2]智利空軍總司令阿圖羅·梅里諾·貝尼特斯證實機上無生還者。[9]
智利軍方表示因找回的部件不足，事故原因可能永遠都不會查明。飛機可能在飛行中或沉入海底後解體。[14]
