《思索死刑》(法語:Réflexions sur la guillotine;英語:Reflections on the Guillotine),是法国作家阿尔贝·加缪的一部作品,写于1957年。在文章中,加缪对废除死刑持不妥协的立场。加缪的观点与切薩雷·貝卡里亞薩德侯爵的观点相似,后者也认为,由国家预谋和实施的谋杀是最糟糕的[1]。加缪说,他的论点不是基于对被定罪者的同情,而是基于逻辑和经证实的统计数字。[1]
