[S-]-UH-301，是一种科学研究中常用的研究化學品及药物。是一种选择性5-HT_1A 受体沉默拮抗剂。^[1]結構上與8-OH-DPAT相似。^[1] UH-301會令小鼠產生头部抽搐反应，是5-HT_2A激动剂药物的典型反应，因此可用來研究5-HT_1A受体活性如何调节下游5-HT_2A受体。^[2]
