亞瑟·亞諾夫
亞瑟·亞諾夫（英語：Arthur Janov，/ˈdʒænəv/，1924年8月21日—2017年10月1日）是美國心理學家、心理治療師，原始療法的創始者。[2] 他在加州聖塔莫尼卡主辦一個名為原始中心（Primal Center）的心理治療學院。他最為著名的著作是《原始的吶喊》（1970年）[1]。

亞瑟·亞諾夫出生於洛杉磯。他在加州大學洛杉磯分校精神社會工作專業中獲得學士及碩士學位，並於1960年在克萊蒙研究大學獲得心理學博士學位。 他最初在加州實行常規心理治療。他曾在比佛利山的黑客精神病診所（Hacker Psychiatric Clinic）做實習，在布倫特伍德精神科醫院（Brentwood Neuropsychiatric Hospital）退伍軍人事務部工作過。 自1952年以來一直在從事私人執業。
他還在洛杉磯兒童醫院的精神科擔任工作人員，並參與了他們的身心發展單位。[3][4] 他曾寫道，因他發現了他稱之為原始痛苦的東西，他的職業生涯在1967年的某天發生了改變。[5][6]在治療期間，亞瑟·亞諾夫曾聽到，並描述：「一個奇怪的尖叫聲從一個躺在地板上聲音低沉的年輕人身上發出。」[7]
