英格蘭人(英語:English people,古英语:Anglecynn)是英国英格兰的原住族群和民族,母語是英语。他們在過千年前被古英語稱作「Anglecynn」時已有高度的身分認同。英格蘭人主要居住於英國的構成國─英格兰。
