店屋

店屋（英语：Shophouse），香港称为下铺上居（英语意译：living above store），台湾则常称为街屋（英语：Townhouse）[1] [2]，是常见于华南地区及东南亚的风土建筑（英语：Vernacular architecture），多为两至三层高，一楼作店铺使用，二三楼为民居[3][4]。店铺前设有骑楼，此设计有利通风及避雨[5]。

东南亚不少店屋，碍于税务及结构规限，都为窄长设计，当地的骑楼因为法例规定为5英尺（1.5米）阔，名为五脚基。
