路易吉·津加莱斯（Luigi Zingales，义大利语发音：[luˈiːdʒi ddziŋˈɡaːles] ; 1963年2月8日—），是芝加哥大学布斯商学院的金融学教授。他以两部作品著称。《从资本家手中拯救资本主义》（Saving Capitalism from the Capitalists, 2003），是对“裙带资本主义”的研究。 [2]在《繁荣的真谛》[3]（A Capitalism for the People: Recapturing the Lost Genius of American Prosperity, 2012）中，辛格尔斯“建议引导民粹主义的愤怒重振竞争的力量，并扭转‘裙带主义’的趋势。” [4][5]
