俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭期間對戰俘的待遇

由2022年俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭以來，烏克蘭和俄羅斯及其傀儡政權的戰俘都遭受了多種形式的虐待，如苛待[1] 、公開羞辱[2][3]（其中包括遭民衆毆打[3]）、酷刑[4][5]，甚至被處決[6][7]。
截至2022年11月，聯合國烏克蘭人權監察團（HRMMU）對俄羅斯及其傀儡政權的部隊關押的烏戰俘進行了159次訪談以及對烏克蘭關押的俄戰俘進行了175次訪談[8]。該調查團隨後對戰爭中戰俘被虐的情況表示擔憂。根據報告，雙方關押的戰俘都遭受了多種形式的虐待[9]。
