內皮唾液酸蛋白（英語：Endosialin），也叫分化簇248、腫瘤內皮標誌物1（Tumor Endothelial Marker 1），是人類中由CD248基因編碼的蛋白質。^[5]^[6]^[7]

內皮唾液酸蛋白是C型凝集素跨膜受體家族中「第XIV組」的成員，不僅在細胞間粘附過程中發揮作用，而且在宿主防禦中發揮作用。該組家族包括其他三個成員：CLEC14A、CD93和血栓調節蛋白，後者的特徵更為明確。^[8]

內皮唾液酸蛋白的功能仍然難以捉摸，但其表達與胚胎和子宮中的血管生成以及腫瘤的發育和生長有關。^[9]
